For In House parties we are able to accommodate 40 people in our dining room. Arrangements for off premise catering will be discussed with our team. 6 % Tax and a 20 % service charge will be added to the final bill.

Menus and Accommodations: All details pertaining to a scheduled function, including menu selection and room arrangement should be submitted to our catering team at least two weeks prior to the event. Our team will be happy to custom-make a menu, or to assist in the selection of menu items to suit your group’s taste and budget.
Staffing: We will staff one server per 20 people. Each additional server will cost $20.00 per hour.
There is a bartender fee of $20.00 per hour.
Guarantees: A final number of guests for your catered function must be provided to our team by noon three business days prior to the date of the event. After that date, the number may not be reduced. If no guarantee is received, we will consider the contracted number of attendees to the guaranteed number of guests.
Beverage Service: Regina’s holds a license granted by the Maryland Alcoholic Beverage Commission and is responsible for compliance with all liquor regulations. Guests are not permitted to consume or serve alcohol on our property or grounds that was not purchased through our restaurant.
Coffee & Tea: Coffee and tea station with our standard selections of coffee, decaffeinated coffee, regular and herbal teas – $2.25 per guest.
Delivery: We have a $200.00 minimum delivery order. Delivery fees are $35.00 within the Annapolis City Limits. There is an additional charge for any deliveries out side of the Annapolis Area.
Disposables: All food will be presented on disposable platters. We will provide disposable plates, napkins and utensils for $1.50 per person.
Rentals: Rental equipment will be provided for an additional charge.
